well i will probably be up there between 5pm-530pm give or take. I might be there earlier but that just depends on when i leave the house. I had a rulebook around here but unfortantely i have lost it in the black hole of my house. I will see if i can't find it tomorrow but i honestly have no clue to its now whereabouts as of two weeks ago.
As my warband is pretty much ready to go, i have just my noble to finish but she will at least be assembled and primed.

You can download the rulebook from GW's specialist games page.

i know i can download it but its having to waste the ink and the paper to print it back out if so i could take it with me. I got the rulebook just can't find the darn book right now. Apparently it got misplaced and with the my kids theres no telling what happened to it. Same thing happened with a cordless phone...lost it and still haven't found it. But a phone is easier to replace than a hard copy of a book that GW no longer sells.

Well i will be there but not sure if my noble will be making it anywhere near completion. This has been by far the most frustrating if not difficult conversions to get nailed down. Its more because the darn torso wont line up with any pair of leggs i give it. I am almost to the point of breaking down and saying to hell with it and order me a darn mail order only dark elf dreadlord, or the avatar of war female dark elf queen, i just don't really want to spend 15 to 20 bucks on a single figure just to have a female dual wielding dark elf leader.

I picked up the AoW Queen and Sorcress a while back. Worth it.
Heads are a little big i think, and i had to file some nubs to make ends meet, but not too shabby over all. I'm looking forward to getting a few other AoW models in the future and starting a AoW team.

Hoping to paint some of these things this weekend. I've got heroes assembled, just need to assemble the hench folks (other than a pair of hounds), and paint everything.

I have extra printed out copy of the rules that I am bringing to the store tonight to leave as the store copy. If anyone has an extra 3 ring binder they can leave at the store to put it in, that would be appreciated.

Thanks so much for everyone who came to the demo night! Had a great time and I think everyone is ready for the campaign to start!

I received the other two sets of Mordheim terrain today. Its going to be a long weekend...

I was thinking we cold start off the campaign. How about starting the campaign the week of September 14th? Gives everyone a couple of weeks to finish their warbands, and some time for me to finish my terrain. What do you think?

That's fine with me.

I had a great time and a great opponent. I lost horribly to the Tomb Kings, but in hindsight, that was equal parts forgetting rules (I had it in my head that I could only charge the closest guy, I forgot about the intercepting and whatnot), strategy (I attacked the skeletons instead of the guy who could keep raising skeletons, so all of the ones I hit got back up  ), and rolling (dice hate me).

It was a good learning experience and it was a good time meeting/remeeting good people. I look forward to the campaign (hopefully it will go smoother for my warband).

that week is good for me too so far, just pick a day so i can request that night off. Wife will be back too so that frees me up a little with the kids.

Yeah i learned something too, that with a small warband i don't need to split them up really and also that i probably wont start off with a shade with a repeater crossbow just because i didn't get much use of the one really expensive shooting weapon. So i might end up with an extra corsair so i have 8 guys.

Definitely had a great time last night. Schlock was definitely a great opponent (even though I did pound him into the ground due to those misunderstandings), and I'm really looking forward to the rest of the campaign. That week works fine for me...and if we decide to do it on Wednesday again, then it'll be a great way to spend my birthday

What time does the store close on Tuesday? I will plan on bringing the store copy rules to leave at the store then if possible but I won't be able to play a game. At that point I think we can "officially" start the campaign and people can start meeting and playing. Maybe we can make Wednesday nights Mordheim night at the shop?

My terrain project slowed down this week because i was assembling space hulk and play Anno 1404 (don't ask). I am about 25% done assembling everything and I want to be 100% done by the end of the week so I can at least use the terrain although it won't be flocked or painted.

I think I'm free on Wednesday. That's a day is usually clearer for me than the weekends.

If anyone (even those vile tomb-kings) is available to play wednesday, my witchhunters will face you.
You'll have to excuse my wardogs, they're still non-existent. I've attempted some green-stuff action and all that's managed to do is make the idea of war-turtles more attractive.

I look forward to playing.
